Take notice that the Trade Mark Application number mentioned above has been fixed for hearing on 01/08/2023 as scheduled by the designated Hearing Officer of the Trade Marks Registry through Video Conferencing.

          Please note any request for adjournment should be filed on form TM-M well in advance and information should be given to the Hearing Officer on the date of hearing. Written submission if any to be submitted 2 day’s in advance.

          In case you fail to appear at the above said date and time through Video Conferencing the application would be treated as abandoned for lack of prosecution under rule 33(7) of the Trade Marks Rules, 2017 and notified in the Trade Marks Journal and IPO website.
